3M™ 7000031603 8430 Cold Shrink Insulator, 93.7 mm Dia Min, 426 mm Max Diameter, 1400 psi Tensile Strength, EPDM Rubber Insulation

Rely on the 3M™ 8430 cold shrink connector insulator to insulate all solid dielectric-insulated wires and cable splices, including secondary splices. The moisture tight sealing of this insulator makes it ideal for use underground in direct buried or submersible dig-in repairs, as it's designed to maintain pressure and resiliency under these conditions. This cold shrink insulator is ANSI certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU compliant and provides reliable physical protection of high-voltage, air insulated lugs and connectors. It comes in a diameter range of 1.68 to 3.69 in, and provides environmental sealing for nonelectrical applications such as communication lines.
